Michael Jackson Buys Several Slot Machines
Globe magazine reports Michael Jackson recently visited a slot machine store with his children and bought a full bank of the machines from International Game Technologies, including the massive $1 slot called Megabucks. Before visiting though, he insisted that all security cameras be turned off. Jacko says the slots were for his kids.

December 23, 2002 – David Letterman joked during his Late Show monologue on Friday, “It’s cold here in New York City. But it’s supposed to be cold this time of the year. Here’s an idea of how cold it’s been – it’s been so cold that Michael Jackson has been dangling his kids indoors.”

December 23, 2002 – Michael Jackson has been branded 2002’s biggest loser in a chart put together by People magazine. George Michael took the #2 spot, while *NSYNC star Lance Bass took the #4 spot. Others on the list included Liza Minelli and David Gest, Rob Lowe, and Robert Blake.
Boston Bruin Comments On MJ
December 23, 2002 – Boston Bruins wing man P.J. Stock wrote on his journal on BostonBruins.com: “I was watching TV last week and saw that whole Michael Jackson thing. I don’t know if you all saw this, but he was hanging his kid out of a window. What is that all about? I’m a huge fan of Michael Jackson and his music. I mean people will say that they don’t like him, but you have to be honest – everyone loved his music growing up and he was great for the music world. But right now, what is that guy doing? I mean he’s had enough problems as it is, having been accused of some improper actions and all, and now they have pictures of him holding a kid off of his balcony with a scarf on the kid’s head. What is he doing? He has a pet chimpanzee…go play with the pet chimpanzee. Bring the chimp out with a towel over his head or something, but don’t be bringing kids out and hanging them over the balcony. I don’t know if you’ve seen Michael’s arms, but if that kid makes one quick move he could go flying. I think Michael needs to hit the weight room before he starts picking up kids and dangling them from balconies.”
