Michael Jackson arrived outside of court on Tuesday (December 3) in Santa Maria, California. Jackson is involved in a $21 million breach-of-contract lawsuit alleging he failed to appear for a pair of millennium concerts. Jackson’s return to the witness stand followed a two week absence from the trial during which he visited Germany and sparked worldwide outrage by dangling his infant son Prince Michael II from a fourth-floor hotel balcony.
