Michael Jackson Footage To Be Used in Dr. Murray’s Defense?

Lawyers for Dr. Conrad Murray want to use old video footage of from 2004 where the King of Pop slurs his words and appears drunk in rehearsals for a film role at his Neverland home to demonstrate the depth of his drug habit. “Murray’s legal team have quietly but steadily been building a robust defense case,” a source close to Murray told News of the World. “A key element will be on-camera interviews gave where he discusses and admits his drug use and others where he appears to be intoxicated. In effect, himself will be the defense’s star witness as they set out to prove he was a seasoned and habitual user and knew how to self-administer.”

    just another way for a murder to go free,dr. murray was wrong in what he was doing and caused death to Michael Jackson,and should pay for his wrong doing,if he were doing his job,michael would be here today.he would have gotten him treatment,instead of giving him drugs,there is no film footage,that can explain that fact away.
