is returning to Miami’s South Beach this week and Roger Friedman of FoxNews.com hears that the singer will be house shopping. But a source tells Friedman that unless Jackson can find a mansion that doesn’t require a down payment, he’s in no financial shape to pull this project off. “He just doesn’t have the money for this,” the source revealed.
