Michael Jackson ‘Hysterical’ After ‘Surrogate Father’ Dies
Roger Friedman of FoxNews.com reports Bill Bray, the retired Los Angeles Police Department officer whom Michael Jackson considered his surrogate father, died on Tuesday (November 15) at Centinela Hospital.
