The New York Daily News reports German authorities announced last night after weighing charges against Michael Jackson that “No crime has been committed”, this according to Berlin police spokesman Klaus Schubert. Meanwhile, John Gordon, spokesman for California’s Department of Social Services says Jacko is off the hook in his hometown as well. “Because it happened in Germany, it’s up to the local authorities to investigate,” he said. Michael’s brother Jermaine Jackson told NBC, “It wasn’t a wise thing to do. He got caught up in the moment. It’s being blown out of proportion.”
