Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Thursday night, “This just in, Michael Jackson has received a a summons for jury duty. Yeah. Aren’t you supposed to be judged by a jury of your peers? I mean, who is on trial, E.T.? How does that work? … Actually, you know, I think Michael Jackson would be the perfect juror. He’s black, he’s white, he’s male, he’s female. He’s the perfect juror. You only need one guy. You don’t need 12, you need one guy.”
