Michael Jackson was spotted shopping at toy store with his children in Beverly Hills on Friday (May 15). The Sun reports the pop singer earlier had visited a Beverly Hills medical facility. Jackson is said to be battling skin cancer, though the British tabloid says he was told by doctors the condition is treatable and he will be able to perform the 50 sold-out shows in London beginning in July.
