Michael Jackson Lawyers In Public Spat; Brian Oxman Fired

Roger Friedman of FoxNews.com provided some more insight on Thomas Mesereau Jr. firing Brian Oxman from Michael Jackson’s child molestation defense team. Sources tell Friedman that Oxman had been told by Mesereau not to appear on Monday, but Oxman ignored him and showed up anyways. When he tried to take his seat, Mesereau ordered him to sit with the public and not with the defense. Once seated, Oxman was then served with official notice that he’d been fired. Read more.
