A top-secret $300,000 payment Michael Jackson had delivered to Argentina was “relocation money” for a family who fled the U.S. to duck questioning by cops during the 2003 child-molestation probe, the New York Daily News has learned. “It was not the first time they got money,” according to a source. “It’s unclear whether they claimed their son was abused or that he was a witness to [alleged] abuse of another child.”
