Michael Jackson Prosecutors Hiding Evidence?

The Associated Press reports Michael Jackson’s attorney disclosed in a hearing Friday that he has subpoenaed school and psychiatric reports involving the accuser and his family. Attorney Mark Geragos told a judge the records were relevant to “the accuser’s family and the accuser himself.” The disclosure came as Geragos asked Santa Barbara County Superior Court Judge Rodney S. Melville for a court order on the release of the documents.
