Bill Zwecker of The Chicago Sun-Times hears from a source close to Michael Jackson that the singer is seriously looking for property outside Tokyo. “But they love him there,” the insider said. “And he relates to that and is telling everyone he would like to spend at least part of the time in a country he calls ‘truly civilized.’
