Michael Jackson To Take A Music Break For Movies
Michael Jackson tells Gold magazine he wants to take a couple years off from the music business to pursue a career in film. “I’ve always wanted to do film, but the tours got in the way,” he said. “That’s why I want to take several years off just doing film. I’d like to get six great movies behind me, and then I’ll do a little bit of touring, then I’ll do more filming.” Jacko also expressed interest in becoming the first pop star in space.

September 11, 2002 – The National Enquirer reports Hotel Bel Air has denied requests by Michael Jackson for a seven room reservation, citing his unpaid $200,000 tab. They say the hotel is where he and Debbie Rowe sometimes got together to let their kids run around through their adjoining suites.

But really, I did like a few cuts on Invincible. Butterflies(the remix feat. Eve) and Heaven Can Wait were my favorites. No matter what elperro says, I own every CD Michael ever put out. So no, Invincible wasn’t any different. Do I think Michael is a little off? Probably. That doesn’t change the fact that the man makes great music.
I totally agree with you. His personal life is completely weird but you can’t deny the talent. Also, I thought Invincible was a pretty decent album. I’m still not sure why it did so badly. Everyone I know who bought it thought it was good.
Yeah, a lot of people in Chicago must have liked his songs because they were heavily requested and rotated on our radio station. He really didn’t have any good promotion for it. He only got like, one video out of it. It makes you wonder.
