Michael Jackson Witness Pleads Poor Memory

The Associated Press reports that a man who testified he was molested by Michael Jackson more than a decade ago repeatedly pleaded a poor memory Tuesday as Jackson’s lawyer cross-examined him about his story. The 24-year-old man clashed with Jackson attorney Thomas Mesereau Jr., who tried to highlight inconsistencies between the story that the witness told on the stand and his earlier accounts.
