Michelle Branch checked in with fans on her official website on Friday (January 31). The singer told readers, “It’s a beautiful day in sunny L.A. and I, of course, am spending it in the studio. I am at the famous Capitol Records with producer Rob Cavallo working away. The record is so close to being finished. We are mixing a lot of the tracks already. Home stretch! I leave this weekend to Vancouver to film an episode of The Chris Isaak show, which will be a ton of fun. Then when I get back I will be getting ready to work with John Levinthal in NYC and the Grammy awards!”
