Michelle Branch Reveals Nobody Plays Live In Britain

Michelle Branch checked in with fans on her official forum Saturday sounding rather upset that British radio shows aren’t letting her perform live. Branch said, “Nobody plays live. You have to play to track. Sometimes you sing live, sometimes you don’t, but you mime the WHOLE time!! It feels awkward to stand in front of 25,000 people, faking something you love to do. I just can’t believe people are paying money to see an act when they could probably get more from staying home and listening to their albums.” She added, “So, if you see me play these next few weeks here… you just might see me playing bass, or drums, or keyboards, or doing some smart patootied thing to try and find the humor in it all.”
