PerezHilton.com reports Miley Cyrus and her rumored boyfriend Justin Gaston joined the ‘Hannah Montana’ star’s father Billy Ray for a trip to a tattoo parlor in the Valley on Friday night (November 21). The country singer got a tattoo while his then still 15-year-old daughter (Miley turned 16 today) and the 20-year-old model were making out, according to a witness.
