Miley Cyrus was spotted in New York City with her mom on Friday (June 22), where the ‘Hannah Montana’ star was asked her feelings on rehab resident and Disney alum Lindsay Lohan. Cyrus shouted, “I wish her the best!” as she hopped into a car on the way to an appearance on ‘Good Morning America’.
