Miley Cyrus At Glen Glenn Sound & Shopping Before Heading To D.C.

Miley Cyrus was spotted heading to her last recording session before her big show to perform at the Kids' Inaugural Concert to honor military families later today in Washington, DC. Later, in a separate Hollywood.tv video, Miley was joined by her sister Brandi and her BFF Mandy Jiroux at North Hollywood Mall and at Panera Bread, where the 'Hannah Montana' star posed with a fan. The trio then went for a mani/pedi done, with Miley posing with some more fans and recording an inauguration bumper for 'The Insider'. After picking up some groceries at Trader Joe's, Miley posed with yet more fans, including a mom who thanked her "for being so grounded".
