BOP and Tiger Beat were there when Miley Cyrus met tons of screaming fans at her ‘Miles To Go’ book signing at The Grove in Los Angeles on Saturday (March 7). The ‘Hannah Montana’ star also recorded a video talking about how she loved the new 3D issue of Tiger Beat while holding some 3D glasses. Watch the videos below.
