Star magazine has located 17-year-old Christopher Cyrus, who is the half-brother of Miley Cyrus, but has rarely met the ‘Hannah Montana’ star. Kristin Luckey, who is Chris’ mother, told the mag, “Christopher has seen Miley fewer than five times in his entire life, mostly when they were little kids.” Kristin became pregnant with Christopher during a brief romance with Billy Ray, while the country star was also seeing Miley’s mom Tish. Kristin claims that the “very vindictive” Tish is keeping Billy Ray and the family out of Christopher’s life.
