Miley Cyrus has been updating fans on her Twitter account as the 16-year-old promotes ‘Hannah Montana: The Movie’. A comment about second guessing your “<3" prompted some to believe she was referring to boyfriend Justin Gaston, but Cyrus quickly clarified the comment. She writes:
