Twist magazine captured Miley Cyrus on the orange carpet at the Nickelodeon 2009 Kids’ Choice Awards held on Saturday (March 28), where the ‘Hannah Montana’ star bumped into Corbin Bleu. The 16-year-old told the ‘High School Musical’ star: “Oh my gosh, your hair’s so short. I like it so much better. It looks so good. Mom! Look at his hair!
