Miley Cyrus is coming under fire after a visit to Millions of Milkshakes with boyfriend Justin Gaston on Sunday (March 8). The ‘Hannah Montana’ star emerged from the Hollywood establishment owned by Hollywood.tv’s Sheeraz Hasan to return to her Toyota Prius, which was parked in a handicapped parking spot that was clearly marked with large brightly colored markings on the ground and the wall.
