Miley Cyrus Returns Home After Kids’ Inaugural Concert

Hollywood.tv caught up with Miley Cyrus and her sister Brandi riding their bikes around Toluca Lake after she got back from performing at the Kids' Inaugural concert in Washington, DC. Paparazzo Allison returned outside the 'Hannah Montana' star's home before she did, prompting Miley to wonder how he got there so fast. Watch footage below.
