Miley Cyrus Sends A Message To Michelle At The Mall

Miley Cyrus was spotted visiting the mall with her sister Brandi and a friend on Monday (December 1). The 'Hannah Montana' star was seen chatting with some young fans and their mother before giving the Hollywood.tv cameraman Allison who always tails her a tough time about missing her friend Michelle ("Mooch"), who is trying not to come back to LA from Nashville. Miley added that she's going to Nashville for Christmas.
