Miley Cyrus was spotted shopping in Studio City on Saturday afternoon (May 23) with her mother Tish. The pair stopped at m.fredric before walking over to Royal Dutchess, exchanging words with Hollywood.tv’s Allison along the way. After loading up on a few bags of clothes, the ‘Hannah Montana’ star and her mother returned to her convertible. Watch footage below.
