Miley Cyrus attended the 22nd Annual Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday (March 28) in Los Angeles. The ‘Hannah Montana’ star took home the Favorite Female Singer award, getting choked up accepting the honor which she also received in 2008. “I really thought I was going to lose, so thank you guys,” the teen said during her acceptance speech. Miley then went on her just launched Twitter account to remark: “I will tweet or twit whatever it is as soon as I catch my breath!!!
