Miley Cyrus has teamed up with her buddy Mandy Jiroux for another YouTube video, where the 'Hannah Montana' star is seen watching TV and cheering one of her own performances before Mandy enters the scene as a robber, joined by fellow thieves Moosh, Brandi Cyrus, and Nicole Webber.
