Tiger Beat magazine recently caught up with Miranda Cosgrove, asking the 'iCarly' star what she planned on doing for Halloween. "Every Halloween I dress up as something like cool with my friends. I was a flapper one year, I was a pirate one year, and all my friends do the same thing, and it's just a lot of fun to pick a theme and do it for Halloween."
