Well you saw how Janet Jackson was sizing up Mathew McConaughey at the Grammy awards last month… Well according to Y-100′s Fay (likely from a tabloid), the pair were spotted at the pricey Balboa Steakhouse on Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles. The two were all over each other — groping and tongue action. Janet was wearing a pair of skin tight jeans and cut-off top. Apparently Mathew was pounding on Janet’s six-pack abs like they were his bongos.
