Adrian Yap C.K. of the Malaysia Star reviewed ’ debut album ‘The Sound of White’. “Jewel fans bemoaning her recent raunchy makeover would be inclined to give Higgins’ piano-driven acoustic sound a serious go,” Yap writes. “While it may be a little premature to place Higgins in the same bracket as contemporary female singer-songwriters such as Jewel and McLachlan, she certainly displays enough genuine grit and lyrical honesty to rank above recent pretenders.” Read more.
