‘Mom’ Hilary Duff Outfits ‘Daughter’ Chihuahua With A Parka

Hilary Duff visited MuchMusic’s ‘MuchOnDemand’ on January 23rd, where the teen queen talked about her tour of Canada, and dealing with the bitter cold by wearing a parka. Asked if her pet chihuahua Lola ever wore the parka, Duff responded, “I think I’m kind of embarrassed to admit it, but she does have a parka. She hates it, though.
