The Daily Star reports that hotels in Monte Carlo are desperate to get Mariah Carey to attend their parties following her appearance at the Swarovski Fashion Rocks for The Prince’s Trust on Monday night, sending the diva expensive gifts as a lure. “Everyone knows Mariah in Monaco and they are all begging her to go to their party,” a source said. “They know that they will get tons of publicity if she turns up. So they have been going the extra mile in a bid to win her over. Mariah has been sent gifts ranging from designer dresses to exclusive holidays. But she is planning to make up her own mind about which party she’ll go to and is selling the presents to raise money for charity.”
