More Attractive ‘American Idol’ Contestants Promised

The Toronto Sun was on hand as reporters spoke with ‘American Idol’ judges Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson, and Paula Abdul about the new season. Cowell told Abdul he wanted the trio to pick better looking pop wannabes this go-round. Asked to name examples of good-looking pop stars, Cowell said “Britney’s cute, isn’t she? Madonna used to be good looking.” Jackson asked, “You think she’s beyond it now?” Simon responded, “She’s a housewife.”
