Jeannette Walls of MSNBC reports Britney Spears was again spotted smoking, this time at Joseph’s in Los Angeles – the same spot she reportedly danced with Mandy Moore and Christina Aguilera. Onlookers spotted Britney, or someone looking exactly like her, puffing on Marlboro Lights. Spears’ publicist didn’t respond to the MSNBC report.
