‘Scarborough Country’ host Joe Scarborough spoke with Star magazine’s Jill Dobson and Life & Style’s Dawn Yanek about Paris Hilton realizing her passport had expired, but Austria made some arrangements for the heiress to come to the Vienna for their Opera Ball anyways.
