MTV News is reporting that the upcoming MTV Asia Awards, which Christina Aguilera is slated to host, has been recast as a global disaster relief event to aid South Asian tsunami victims. It will air on February 3rd from Bangkok, Thailand. MTVAsiaAwards.com still hasn’t updated visitors on the revised plans.
