MTV profiled several “First Ladies” of music, including ‘American Idol’ season one champ Kelly Clarkson, named ‘First Lady of American Pop’; Jennifer Lopez, named ‘First Lady of Screen, Song & Style’; and Britney Spears, named ‘First Lady of Video Pop’.
