Music Insiders Question ‘Invincible’ Success

Jam! Music talked to music insiders ahead of Michael Jackson’s first new recording album release since 1992 and wonder if he can recapture or even attain new demographics. One insider remarked, “He was always a little bit ahead of everybody. Now he is playing catch-up. I don’t know whether a younger demo is going to grasp on to him. I think maybe the older demographic that has been there for him in the past thinks he is such a freak now that, who knows?”
