Following a long tradition of ‘Neighbours’ stars such as Kiley Minogue, Natalie Imbruglia and Delta Goodrem, 20-year-old Sam Clark, who plays Ringo Brown on the long running Australian soap, has signed a record deal with Melbourne’s PLW Productions. “Music was what I was trying to focus on before I got onto ‘Neighbours’ and I guess the show’s really given me a stepping stone to push that a bit more,” Clark tells The Daily Telegraph. “We’re basically trying to fit around my ‘Neighbours’ schedule with writing and recording as much as I can.” As for the musical direction he plans on taking, Clark said, “I guess alternative pop rock would be the thing I’m going for.” Read more.
