US Weekly spoke with a spokeswoman for Nelly Furtado who told them, “She declined to do a shoot for them, but she did do one several months ago for [the British magazine] New Woman, wearing a black T-shirt that went down to her jeans.” The spokeswoman said FHM used that shot and altered it without her permission.
