Nelly Furtado Reads ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ To Children
After appearing at the MTV Video Music Awards in New York City on Sunday, Nelly Furtado joined local kids in reading ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ at the Borough of Manhattan Community College on Monday. The Canadian pop singer is joining the Read For the Record campaign to help end childhood illiteracy. On October 8th, the ‘Today’ show will air the live reading of the book at Rockerfeller Center.
