Roger Friedman of FoxNews.com hears that Jive Records is expecting Britney Spears is set to release a follow-up to 2007′s ‘Blackout’ by mid-December. Friedman indicates several of the same producers and writers on the ‘Blackout’ disc are involved with the new effort, and that Britney is rushing the project because she owes the label a lot of money. If the release happens without the meltdown that preceeded ‘Blackout’, Friedman expects Britney will be touring next year. Read more.
