Prosecutors in the child molestation case against Michael Jackson plan to use three independent witnesses to support the allegation that the entertainer gave alcohol to his alleged victim and the boy’s siblings, ABC News has learned. In addition, ABC News has learned that relatives of the alleged victim believe that Mark Geragos, Jackson’s high-profile former defense attorney in the case, played a role in an alleged conspiracy to harass and intimidate the family. Last month, a grand jury charged Jackson not only with child molestation but with conspiracy.
