Nick And Jessica Distant When Cameras Aren’t Flashing

The New York Daily News reports that Jessica Simpson and hubby Nick Lachey were chilly towards each other when not being photographed by the paparazzi. At the Ocean Drive/Bodog party, Simpson demanded of her hubby: “Are we gonna do this together?” The 98 Degrees singer shrugged indifferently, a spy reported. Once inside the VIP section of the Loews Hotel, Nick and Jessica barely spoke. When leaving, the pair held hands for paparazzi, but once they reached the kitchen, Simpson quickly let go and marched ahead of Lachey. Simpson’s rep sneered, “More nonsense. The kind of stuff people make up to get press for their events and clubs in the tabloids.”
