Nick And Jessica Put Condos Up For Sale

Ruth Ryon of the LA Times reports Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey are looking forward to selling their bachelor pads now that they have purchased a honeymoon home on the Westside. Jessica has her 1,600-plus-square-foot condo on the market for $925,000 while her 98 Degrees singing fiance has his up for $989,000.
