After spending big on Christmas presents for each other, Jessica Simpson tells Us Weekly that she and hubby Nick Lachey were going the economical route for Valentine’s Day. “We had a big Christmas, present wise, so we’re going to scale it back a little bit on Valentine’s Day,” Simpson explained. “We’re going to have a $20 budget and see what we come up with.”
