TMZ.com’s Harvey Levin tells ‘Extra’ the person who could turn Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson’s marriage split into a battle is Jessica’s father, Joe Simpson. “I think this could get really ugly,” Levin said. “I’m told that Joe Simpson is really controlling her. They are secretly saying that they don’t have nearly as much money as people think and that Nick is not going to get his mitts on all of the money people are talking about.”
