Nick Cannon Discusses Mariah’s Michael Jackson Memorial Performance
‘America’s Got Talent’ host Nick Cannon spoke with ‘Access Hollywood’ about his wife Mariah Carey’s performance at the memorial for Michael Jackson and the somber mood at the Staples Center. Cannon said things worked out for Mariah’s schedule since both were already in Los Angeles, but things happened fast enough where Mariah wasn’t able to rehearse. Before Mariah performed, Nick said they “said a prayer, left it all in God’s hands, and let it happen. I definitely felt her performance moved many, many people. So it did what it was supposed to do.” Watch the interview below.
